Cancellation Policy

EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2025 CHANGES IN SERVICES OFFERED Beginning January 1, 2026, I will no longer be offering certain services that I have been offering. This decision has been hard for me, but due to an allergy to certain products, I am choosing to discontinue offering services that involve gel nail products. This will include manicures and pedicures with gel nail polish, as well as nail extensions that require the use of gel nail products. For the time being, I will still be offering simple nail services, but only with the use of traditional nail polish. These service prices will be included in the price increase - but will not go into effect until January 1, 2026. If you decide to stick with the gel nail products OR you decide that you are unwilling to pay the increase in prices for traditional nail services, I will be able to refer you to another manicurist that will be happy to continue taking care of your nail needs here. PRICE INCREASE Starting December 1, 2025, my prices will be increasing slightly to reflect the time, care, and energy, as well as the cost of supplies that go into every appointment. Any discounted rates I’ve offered in the past will no longer be valid beginning January 1, 2026. I know some of you are on a fixed income, so I truly appreciate your understanding — this change helps keep things fair and supports the value of my time and craft. Please know, if you decide that you are unwilling or you feel that you are unable to pay the listed cost of my services, I will be happy to refer you to another stylist within the salon so I’d at least still get to see your face. BOOKING POLICY A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the following policies; cancellation policy, late policy, and no-show policy. If this is something you are unwilling to do, you have the option of coming by the salon to schedule an appointment and pre-pay for the requested services. CANCELLATION POLICY I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid fees. If you do not cancel or reschedule prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service. I am more than aware that emergencies come up, so please know that I do take that into consideration. However, if emergencies arise every time you have a scheduled appointment, or something else comes up, or the appointment is just forgotten about - then I would assume that my time is of little value to you, which would mean that you and I are not a good fit for the time being. LATE POLICY In the case of being 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment without first communicating with me, you will need to reschedule and this will be considered a no-show - you will be charged according to the no-show policy. This is simply because we are all caring humans who respect each other’s time. NO-SHOW POLICY If you do not call and/or do not show to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. Please keep in mind, this business and the services that I offer are how I provide the essentials for my children and myself. Thank you for respecting my time and extending the courtesy of giving me at least 48 hours notice should you have the need to cancel or to reschedule your appointment. SO MUCH ♥️ Abbie
